If you’re wondering why I’m suddenly reading Dean Koontz…  I’ve had occasion to read him in the past,  but in the past two years I came across several of his books in the “free” pile.

Then about two weeks ago someone left six boxes of books on the free table at the local public library… and there were about 10 of his novels in the mix.  I grabbed them all, brought them home, and have been working on them since.

By Dean Koontz, The Servants of Twilight is about a Christian cult which believes it is their job to kill the Antichrist.

All about delusions and hallucinations.  A woman is leaving the mall with her son and is accosted by the leader of the Servants of Twilight who believes her son is the Antichrist and the story devolves from there.

Exciting and fast moving.  Interesting.

seems like if I put things in Blockquotes like this:

text text text

that WordPress puts some awful quote graphics before it.  I’m trying to find a work around.  Possibly this behavior is part of the theme?

It’s just a matter of degree.

Paranoia is a survival instinct.

Reading is guided hallucination.

Quite a relief after reading “Intensity”.

The “post word” is interesting… explains that Ticktock is a classic screwball comedy. And it was interesting that he needed to write something fun for relief after writing… get this… Intensity!

Worked for me.
