Invasive Procedures by Orson Scott Card
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
Based on 1977 short story by Orson Scott Card.
Co-author is listed on cover as Aaron Johnston.
Plot centers around concept that viruses can change DNA.
Guy who decoded human Genome figured out how to do it, but he was disgraced among the scientific community and did it in secret as a pseudo religious cult.
Great book.
